A key element to operational excellence will be the global deployment of Wescast’s operating standards in the areas of safety, morale, quality, delivery, cost and the environment.BackgroundRick has held numerous operational and senior executive positions in the automotive industry over the past 25 years. His experience has included global sales, operations, product development and strategic planning. Rick’s key strengths include structuring lean manufacturing processes, creating a problem solving culture and effectively managing business operations including Green field start-ups, acquisitions and joint ventures.
