Background

Larry's career began at Wescast Industries Inc. (formerly Western Foundry Co. Ltd.) in 1967. He joined the production team and spent his first four years in manufacturing where he took on supervisory responsibilities and then moved into Customer Service. This evolved into positions of Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 1994, Larry moved back into manufacturing as Vice President Wingham Operations and soon was responsible for all foundries and machining facilities. After spending two years as General Manager building our Wescast Hungary facility (formerly Weslin) Larry returned to Ontario in 2001 and assumed the role as Director of New Products. Effective July 2004, Larry was appointed Vice President of Manufacturing and is responsible for overseeing our global foundry and machining facilities.

Education:

Larry's education includes a number of business credits from the University of Windsor and the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He has also completed Penn State's Executive Industrial Sales and Marketing program.
